Is boat insurance compulsory?

Not in Germany. In Italy, Croatia, Denmark and several other countries liability cover is required by law, and many marinas ask for proof as well. Our tariffs meet the minimum limits and the international certificate of insurance is available in ten languages.

What does a sports boat policy cost?

Can my berth be outside Germany?

Yes. Simply state the berth in the application; with NAMMERT it does not have to be in Germany, and for blue-water cover it does not even have to be in Europe.

How do I report a claim?
