ERGO Pensionskasse Aktiengesellschaft has its head office in Düsseldorf, Germany. An occupational pension normally cannot simply be cancelled and paid out; the money is tied up for retirement. What is possible: pause contributions, put the contract on hold, or take it with you when you change employer.
Special right to cancel: When changing jobs there is a one year window to move the accrued capital to the new employer's scheme.

ERGO Pensionskasse AG does not appear in BaFin's complaint statistics for 2023 to 2025. The statistics only list companies with at least one closed complaint in one of the eight classes covered.
