Quicksilver is recorded with us with 66 further models, and the 540 Active Cabin is already part of our portfolio as a motorboat. Many owners come to us with an existing contract and want to get the switch behind them without effort.

The switching service takes this step off your hands: we cancel the previous contract free of charge, and you do not have to deal with deadlines and letters. Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros the policy can be taken out online, above that we review each case individually.

After the switch the full scope applies: third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros, limited hull cover for fire, storm, lightning strike, theft and winter storage damage, full hull cover with an agreed value with no deduction for depreciation. The boat trailer is covered by the third-party liability at no extra premium from Basis-Plus, provided it is named in the application with its value. You can add it to the hull cover for a premium.
