Whaly 435: cover, cost and conditions
Whaly 435 also appears in documents as 435 R, is recorded with us as a motorboat and is among the boats we insure. Two further models of the brand are recorded. We take up both spellings so that the purchase contract, boat registration and policy carry the same designation in the event of a claim.
Hull insurance has neither a time window nor a night clause. You need not prove any periods in berth and need not observe any times of day. Full hull cover includes collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard, settled through the agreed value.
Third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros forms the basis in the Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium levels. Limited hull cover includes fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage. The boat trailer is covered by the third-party liability at no extra premium from Basis-Plus, provided it is named in the application with its value. You can add it to the hull cover for a premium.
