04Agreed terms
1. The hirer takes the helm personally and holds the licence required for those waters. Subletting the boat or handing it to third parties is not permitted.
2. The agreed cruising area is not left. The hirer observes the rules of those waters, any safety requirements and the maximum number of persons allowed on the boat.
3. The hirer takes the boat over in the recorded condition (handover record attached) and returns it at the end of the rental period in the same condition with a full tank.
4. For damage to the boat the hirer is liable up to the deductible of €. Intent and gross negligence remain unaffected.
5. In the event of damage the hirer notifies the owner without delay, secures the evidence (photographs, witnesses) and reports the cases that call for it to the police or the water police.
6. Alcohol and drugs are prohibited for the person at the helm; the rules of those waters apply at least in line with the German road traffic regulations.
7. Side agreements must be in writing. The place of performance is the berth of the boat.
