Sheet 1 takes the policy and the person reporting, the incident, what happened in your own words, the extent of the damage and a sketch; sheet 2 the parties involved, the witnesses and the authorities, the immediate measures to tick off and the signatures. Once filled in, the form is the basis for reporting the claim online in “mein NAMMERT”.

What happens next
Report the damage online in “mein NAMMERT” under “Schaden melden” (report a claim). You are given a claim number straight away. As an Assekuradeur, an underwriting agency with wide authority, we assess and settle claims ourselves, which shortens the way. Please have repairs carried out in full only once they have been agreed with us (emergency measures excepted), so that the damage can still be assessed. Salvage and wreck removal are included in every hull tariff, in the Premium tariff up to 2.5 million euros.
