Bordfunk: a podcast about the small print, in German

In September 2026 we started Bordfunk, a podcast about what the small print says. Each episode takes one question from claims practice: grounding, agreed value against market value, the withdrawal of a risk carrier seen from the inside, jet skis and the prejudice against them, and where navigation limits actually end.
The format is deliberately narrow. A few minutes, one subject, no product advertising. Each episode is a short report from the water, with a different guest every time.
It is recorded in German and there is no English edition planned, which is why the episode pages exist only on our German site. We would rather say that plainly than publish an English page for something you cannot listen to.
If you do read German, every episode is published with show notes, so you can see what it covers before you listen. Everything we publish in English is collected on this page instead.
Common questions
Will there be an English edition?
Not at the moment. The conversations are in German and a dubbed version of a technical discussion would lose the precision that is the point of it.
Where can I hear it?
On the German magazine pages. Each episode appears there with show notes and can be played directly.
