NAMMERT Ranking sponsorship agreement

Between NAMMERT Assekuradeur GmbH, Karl-Marx-Straße 4, 15711 Königs Wusterhausen, Germany, represented by its managing director Norman Nammert, hereinafter “NAMMERT”,

and

hereinafter “the athlete”, the following is agreed:

1 Subject

During the 2027 season the athlete advertises NAMMERT by wearing the NAMMERT logo clearly visible on boat, board or clothing at publicly advertised water sports events. If the athlete is 18 or over, they publish a social media post for every event submitted, labelled as advertising at the start and mentioning the account @nammert. For athletes under 18 a post is optional and not a condition of payment.

The details are set out in the terms of the NAMMERT Ranking as amended from time to time. They form part of this agreement.

2 Payment

For every event checked and scored by NAMMERT the athlete receives a payment equal to the entry fee the athlete can prove they paid for that event, up to €100 per event and no more than €400 over the season. The entry fee serves only to measure the amount of the payment.

Payments are made while the season pot of €10,000 lasts, in the order that entries are checked. Once the pot is used up there is no further entitlement.

3 Conditions and payment

Payment is made only when this agreement, signed by the athlete, is in NAMMERT’s hands, the entry for the event has been checked and the receipt for the entry fee has been provided.

NAMMERT pays once a month to the account named in this agreement. If the bank details change, the athlete tells NAMMERT in writing at info@nammert.com.

4 No link to insurance contracts

This agreement does not require an insurance contract with NAMMERT and has no effect on existing or future insurance contracts. Offsetting against premiums, premium credits and discounts are excluded.

5 Taxes

The payment may be taxable for the athlete, who is responsible for any tax due.

If the athlete is registered for VAT and not exempt as a small business, the athlete ticks the box below and issues NAMMERT an invoice showing VAT for each payment. In that case the amounts under section 2 include VAT.

6 Term and termination

The agreement covers the 2027 season and ends on 31 October 2027 without notice. Either party may terminate it in writing at any time with effect for the future. Payments for events already checked are not affected. If the ranking ends early under its terms, this agreement ends too.

7 Data protection

NAMMERT processes the details in this agreement to perform and settle it (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). The agreement and payment records are kept for the statutory retention periods. Address, date of birth and bank details are never published.

8 Athletes under 18

If the athlete is under 18 when the agreement is made, the parents or legal guardians conclude it on the athlete’s behalf and sign it as well. A parent signing alone confirms that they have sole parental responsibility or act with the other parent’s consent. Payment is made only to an account held by a parent or legal guardian. By signing, the parents or guardians also consent to the athlete taking part and to the use of photos and posts under the terms.

9 Final provisions

German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of the athlete’s country of residence remain unaffected. Amendments must be made in writing. If any provision is invalid, the rest of the agreement remains in force.

The agreement is normally concluded in the sign-up form, by ticking the sponsorship agreement box and submitting, for participants under 18 together with a parent’s or guardian’s consent. Anyone signing on paper sends it to info@nammert.com. NAMMERT confirms the agreement by email.
