Hanse 590: cover, cost and conditions
The Hanse 590 is a sailing yacht with a length of 17.60 metres and a beam of 5.30 metres. At this size, sail area takes the place of engine power: it is one of the factors from which the premium results, together with the type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range.
Club regattas are included from Basis-Plus upwards. Please state races with scoring status when taking out the policy so that they are properly set down in the contract. For waters beyond the border we issue the international certificate of insurance automatically in ten languages.
Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros the policy can be taken out online, above that we assess each case individually. The full hull cover settles according to the agreed value with no deduction for depreciation and covers collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts.
