German law applies to the contract. The German wording of the conditions alone is binding; this translation is provided for understanding only. The watercraft may be used only by an authorised operator. An authorised operator is a person who may use the watercraft with the knowledge and consent of the person entitled to dispose of it. You are obliged to ensure that the watercraft is not used by an unauthorised operator. The operator of the watercraft may use it only with the required official permit. You are obliged to ensure that the watercraft is not used by an operator who does not hold the required official permit.
