Where the two differ, the German text decides:
A-15.1 Cover exists for search and assistance costs incurred through the unintentional activation of emergency rescue equipment such as an EPIRB or DSC (distress signal) without an emergency situation existing, so far as those costs cannot be reimbursed elsewhere.
A-15.2 The insurer's benefit is 20,000 euros per loss event. The insurer's annual obligation to indemnify losses resulting from the unintentional activation of rescue equipment is limited to a total of 40,000 euros.
A-15.3 A deductible of 10 per cent, with a minimum of 500 euros, applies to every insured loss subject to indemnity and is to be borne by you.
