A-3.1: same wording in Liability Basis, clause A-3
A-3.2 Cover for new risks is limited, from the point at which they arise until agreement within the meaning of clause A-3.1, to the sum of 3,000,000 euros for personal injury and property damage and, where agreed, to 200,000 euros for financial loss, unless other sums insured are set out in the policy schedule.
