Where the two differ, the German text decides:
This paragraph: same wording in Liability Basis Plus, clause B-2.2
B-18.3 Failed (The German original numbers this clause B-18.3 instead of B-2.3, and its heading breaks off after the word "Fehlgeschlagener" (failed). The content is that of a failed direct debit collection.) 1 If you are responsible for the premium not being collectable despite repeated attempts at collection, the insurer is entitled to cancel the SEPA direct debit mandate in text form (for example email, fax or letter). 2 In the cancellation the insurer will point out that you are obliged to transmit the outstanding premium to the insurer yourself. 3 Handling fees charged by banks for a failed direct debit collection are invoiced to you by the insurer.
