B-5.6 Where, in connection with an insured event, an official or criminal investigation or proceedings have been initiated against you, the operator of the craft or one of the occupants for reasons whose outcome may also be material to the claim for indemnity, we are entitled to defer our decision on whether and to what extent we are liable until the investigation or proceedings have been finally concluded.
