Where the two differ, the German text decides:
for enforcing your claims for damages. Such claims for damages must not, however, also be based on a breach of contract or on an infringement of a right in rem in land, buildings or parts of buildings (rights in rem are rights that have effect against everyone and must be respected by everyone, for example ownership). (This means, for example, that in traffic legal expenses cover we cover claims for damages against the other party to an accident involving your watersports craft, but not claims arising from defective work by a tradesman, such as a boat repair.)
