Where the two differ, the German text decides:
B3-1.2.3 Amendment of the contract. If you did not breach your duty of disclosure under B3-1.1 paragraph 1 intentionally, and if we would have concluded the contract on different terms had we known the undisclosed risk circumstances, those other terms become part of the contract retrospectively at our request. If you are not at fault for the breach of duty, the other terms become part of the contract from the current insurance period. If an amendment of the contract increases the premium by more than ten per cent, or if we exclude cover for the undisclosed circumstance, you may cancel the contract without notice within one month of receiving our notification. In that notification we must draw your attention to your right of cancellation.
