read Accident Basis Plus A-7 in German.

If you intentionally breach one of the obligations named in A-6, you lose cover. In the case of a grossly negligent breach of an obligation, we are entitled to reduce our benefit in a proportion corresponding to the severity of your fault. Both apply only if we drew your attention to these legal consequences by separate notification in text form. If you prove that you did not breach the obligation through gross negligence, cover remains in place. Cover also remains in place if you prove that the breach of the obligation was causal neither for the occurrence or establishment of the insured event nor for establishing or determining the extent of our obligation to pay. That applies to intentional and grossly negligent breaches of obligation, but not if you breached the obligation fraudulently. German law applies to the contract. The German wording of the conditions alone is binding; this translation is provided for understanding only.
