A-8.1 Declaration on the obligation to pay, Watercraft Accident Insurance, Premium

We are obliged to declare in text form within one month whether and to what extent we acknowledge our obligation to pay. For the permanent impairment benefit the period is three months. The periods begin as soon as we receive the following documents:  proof of how the accident happened and of its consequences;  for the permanent impairment benefit, in addition, proof of the conclusion of the medical treatment, so far as this is necessary for assessing the degree of permanent impairment. In this connection, please also note the rules of conduct in A-6. We bear the medical fees you incur in substantiating the claim to benefit.
