German law applies to the contract. The German wording of the conditions alone is binding; this translation is provided for understanding only. Our rights of rescission, cancellation and contractual adjustment lapse on expiry of five years after conclusion of the contract. These rights do not lapse for insured events that occurred before that period expired. The period is ten years if you or your representative breached the duty of disclosure intentionally or fraudulently. Premium, Section B4: further provisions
