Crew list and emergency contacts, to print out

One A4 page for the chart table and for the port authorities. At the top the boat and the trip, in the middle ten lines for the crew with ID number, nationality, emergency contact and special notes, at the bottom the emergency numbers and the shore contact. Fill it in before you cast off, keep it on board, leave a copy with your shore contact.

Crew and insurance

Claims of crew members against one another are covered in the Basis-Plus and Premium tariffs; damage to property belonging to people on board likewise, up to the sum insured. The watersports accident cover protects skipper and crew worldwide (€100,000 to €500,000), including rescue of persons and a convalescence benefit. Keep this list on board and a copy with your shore contact.
