Going to the show
Arrive prepared
Boats get bought quickly at shows. Three things worth settling first:
- Work out the running costs of the boat you have in mind, insurance included, before you go.
- Ask at the stand who carries the risk until handover, including sea trials and delivery.
- Arrange cover from the day of handover, not after the first trip.
Boat shows, meets and trade events do not count for the Ranking. Regattas, races and tournaments do.
Insured on the day
Found your boat at the show?
Then work out the premium. We advise by phone all year, not just on show days.
