Astillero Sabor is recorded with 17 models, ten motorboats and seven motor yachts. The range starts with the Sabor 370 at 3.7 m and continues through the Sabor 400, 460 and 505 Open to the 575 in its Cabinada, Open and Sport versions. Above them sit the Sabor 600 Fisher and the 680 and 690, some with flybridge, the largest recorded model measuring 10 m. Recorded production runs from 2004 into the current model years.
The focus at Astillero Sabor lies in the small and medium size classes, with many models staying under 6 m and therefore trailerable. For these boats liability is the basis, supplemented by hull cover including transport, craning and theft of the outboard. On the larger flybridge Sabor models it is worth looking closely at value and cruising area, since they are mostly used along the coast and in the Mediterranean. Older build years from 2004 are better protected by an agreed value than by market value.

As the series is still in production, parts are available and repair costs are predictable. Even so, value it at replacement cost including retrofitted electronics, not at list price.
