Mission Craft builds small rigid-hull and folding boats that mostly serve as tenders alongside a yacht. The value is modest, the benefit great, and precisely for that reason the tender is often forgotten: it runs along as an accessory instead of appearing in the contract with a value of its own.
With us the tender is included in the boat insurance up to an agreed sum. Anyone who is out on the water with it regularly should insure it in its own right, and then the cover also applies independently of the mother yacht, for example in winter storage or during transport.
