Two model ranges are recorded, both as motorboats and both with a short production period: the Marino 450 from 2016 to 2021 and the Marino 570 Sundeck from 2017 to 2021. Boats of this class often do not lie permanently at the jetty but come to the water on the trailer. The trailer is included in the boat insurance at no extra premium.
The Marino 450 Open and the Alex 450 are already insured with us. Launching is where the typical damage to the underwater hull or to the drive occurs. Cover applies during launching, during craning and on the transport route, and not only from the moment the boat is afloat.
Anyone who changes berth and moves the boat overland in the process needs no second contract for it. Winter storage is included as well, where limited hull cover applies for fire, storm, lightning strike and theft. The premium is decided by type of boat, value, year of construction, engine power and cruising range.

Do I have to insure the trailer for a Polmarble boat separately?
The boat trailer is included in the boat insurance at no extra premium. A separate contract is not needed for it, and cover extends to the transport route as well.
Is damage during launching covered?
Yes. Cover applies during launching, during craning, in winter storage and on the transport route. Damage to the boat falls under full hull cover and is indemnified according to the agreed value.
