Two motorboat model ranges are recorded here, bbq-donut since 2004 and bbq-donut Type 2 since 2012, both to the present day. No further model ranges are on record. The outboard is part of the schedule and is covered under full hull cover against theft of parts, as well as against vandalism at the mooring.
At publicly accessible moorings, attached parts get unscrewed. Full hull cover includes theft of parts including the outboard, while limited hull cover includes theft of the entire boat as well as fire, storm, lightning strike and damage in winter storage. There is no time window and no night clause here.
Engine power feeds into the premium, along with type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range. The brand itself plays no part in the price. Taking out the policy online is possible up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros, and above that our office carries out an individual review.

Is an unscrewed outboard covered as well?
Yes, theft of parts including the outboard is part of full hull cover. Enter the engine with its value in the schedule so that the agreed value reflects it.
Does the cover also apply at night?
Yes. In hull cover there is no time window and no night clause. Cover runs around the clock, at the mooring as well as in winter storage.
