Anyone who already has a policy with another provider does not have to cancel it themselves. NAMMERT cancels the previous policy free of charge as part of the switching service. The policy can be taken out online up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros, and for higher sums an individual assessment follows.
Third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros forms the basis, on which limited hull cover and full hull cover are built. Full hull cover covers collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard and works with an agreed value with no deduction for depreciation. The boat trailer is included at no extra premium.

Do I have to cancel my old policy myself?
No. NAMMERT cancels the previous policy free of charge for you. You give us the provider and the policy number, and the switch is then coordinated so that no gap in the insurance cover arises.
Up to what sum can the policy be taken out online?
Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros you can take out the policy online. If the value is above that, we assess the case individually and agree the cover with you.
