Three ranges of cabin trimarans are recorded: the F 82 R from 2002 to 2012, the F-9 RX from 2014 to 2018 and the Farrier F-22, which has been listed since 2014 and up to the present day. For a multihull the same set of tariffs applies as for other sailing vessels: the sail area instead of the engine power, plus the type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range. Full hull cover works with an agreed value and pays with no deduction for depreciation, in the Premium tariff with no age limit.
Third-party liability forms the basis with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium levels. Club races are included from Basis-Plus upwards. A trailer is included free of charge, and craning, launching and winter storage are included as well.

Small series and home-built boats can be insured. The value is set as an agreed value, compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation, in the Premium tariff with no age limit.
How is the premium calculated for a trimaran?
For sailing vessels the sail area is used, not the engine power. Added to this are the type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range. The brand remains irrelevant to the premium.
