Two motorboat model ranges are recorded, the Beaver25 Comfort Launch with years of construction from 2005 to 2018 and the Beaver29 PicNic Launch from 2005 to 2012. For quiet boats too the rule applies: the first building block is third-party liability, with us with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros.
The levels are called Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium. Limited hull cover and full hull cover build on them, with an agreed value and compensation with no deduction for depreciation (new for old). In the Premium tariff full hull cover applies without an age limit. Collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard are contained in it.
The premium is based on the type of boat, the value, the year of construction, the engine power and the cruising range, never on the brand. Cover also applies in winter storage, during craning, during launching and in transit. A boat trailer is included in the boat policy at no extra premium.

What limit of indemnity does third-party liability offer?
Depending on the tariff level, 10 to 50 million euros, selectable as Basis, Basis-Plus or Premium. Third-party liability is the basis, limited hull cover and full hull cover are added on top of it.
Can a boat from 2005 still be insured with an agreed value?
Yes. The value is set as an agreed value, and compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation (new for old). In the Premium tariff full hull cover works without an age limit.
