After the season the risk shifts ashore. Cover therefore also applies in winter storage, during craning, during launching and on the transport route. For the Jacobi Junior, a motor boat with years of construction from 1975 to 1982, that holds just as much as for boats from more recent production.
Limited hull cover expressly covers damage in winter storage as well as fire, storm, lightning strike and theft of the entire boat. Full hull cover is added with collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard, and pays compensation with no deduction for depreciation.
The basis remains third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium levels. The premium is based on type of boat, value, year of construction, engine power and cruising range, never on the make. The boat trailer is included in the boat insurance at no extra premium.

Does cover also exist outside the season?
Yes. In winter storage, during craning, during launching and on the transport route, cover continues.
What applies to a boat from the seventies?
We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners. In full hull cover an agreed value is arranged and compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation, in the Premium tariff with no age limit.
