P.P.H.U. Semper; cover, cost and conditions
P.P.H.U. Semper offers three motor boat ranges: the Semper 380 and the Semper 410 since 2016 and the Semper 440 XT since 2013, all still in production today. Further details about the yard are not available. The premium arises anyway from the data of the boat, above all from the engine power.
How powerful the engine is has a direct effect on the premium, together with the type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range. If you later fit a more powerful engine, report it so that the policy matches the actual equipment. The brand itself does not enter into any calculation.
Under full hull cover, collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard are covered, and under limited hull cover fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage. A trailer is included free of charge, and the cover also applies during craning and launching.

How strongly does the engine power have an effect?
The engine power is one of the main factors in the premium, alongside the type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range. Two boats of the same size with different engines therefore do not cost the same.
Do I have to report an engine change?
Yes. If the engine power changes, the basis of the premium changes. After you report it we adjust the policy so that the cover matches the actual equipment.

Licence
A powerboat licence (inland or coastal) is required from 15 hp (11.03 kW).
Registration
