Worth knowing
Spbi; cover, cost and conditions
One boat of the Spbi brand is already insured in our own portfolio, listed as Jeanneau / CAP Camarat 6.5. No model catalogue is available for this brand, which does not slow down taking out cover: your boat is rated on its own data, from the type of boat through value and year of construction to engine power and cruising range.
The entry point of every policy is the third-party liability: a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros, selectable in the levels Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium. It answers for damage you cause to third parties with the boat and forms the basis on which limited hull cover and full hull cover build. Without it no boat should leave its berth.
For trips across the border the international certificate of insurance is automatically enclosed in ten languages. Cover is taken out online up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros, above that we review the individual case. If you switch from another provider, we cancel the old policy free of charge, so that no gap in cover arises.

The cover that fits
For the whole class of boat
What matters for your boat depends less on the brand than on engine output, how a claim is settled and the waters you sail.
