The Comtesse 20, King 22 and Norstar 31 model ranges come from build years between 1968 and 1988, so production lies in the past. You protect older boats with an agreed value, which sets down the agreed sum in the contract and is replaced in the event of a claim with no deduction for depreciation (new for old).
A total of 14 model ranges are recorded under the name Alicraft, predominantly motorboats and motor yachts from the Norgirl 15 to the Norstar 30. No information is available on origin and focus, which has no consequences: the premium is based on the type of boat, value, year of construction, engine output and cruising range, never on the brand.
Added to this are collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard under full hull cover, while limited hull cover carries fire, storm, lightning strike and the theft of the entire boat.

Frequent questions
Is full hull cover worth it for a boat from the 1980s?
The agreed value sets the value down in the contract, in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), and collision, grounding and vandalism are covered as well.
How does switching from an existing policy work?
NAMMERT cancels the previous contract free of charge. You state the type of boat, value, year of construction, engine output and cruising range; the correspondence with the previous insurer is handled by the switching service.

Licence
A powerboat licence (inland or coastal) is required from 15 hp (11.03 kW).
Registration
