Worth knowing
Cat-Nautic; cover, cost and conditions
One cabin catamaran is on file, the ZZett 85 with production periods from 1979 to 1989. Which type of propulsion is on board does not emerge from our data. We clarify that with you when the policy is taken out, because sail area or engine power enter the premium calculation in different ways.
The cover applies in winter storage, during craning, during launching and while in transit. There the limited hull cover covers fire, storm, lightning strike, the theft of the whole boat and damage that arises in storage itself. The boat trailer is included in the boat insurance at no extra premium.
Because the production period of the ZZett 85 was a long time ago, the agreed value is what counts. It is set in the policy, and compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Beneath it, third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros remains the basis of the policy.

How is a ZZett 85 valued in the policy?
Through an agreed value that serves as the basis of the compensation in the event of a claim. Equipment and electronics belong in the list so that they are included in the agreed sum.

Series by Cat-Nautic, build years and cover
ZZett 85 is a cabin catamaran from Cat-Nautic, built from 1979 to 1989.
For a series of this age there is no list price left. That is why we work with an agreed value: you state the figure, we agree it, and in a total loss exactly that amount is paid, with no deduction for wear.
On catamarans the bridgedeck between the hulls is the sensitive part, and the berth belongs in the application: double width often means a mooring rather than a marina.
