Three motor boat ranges are documented, the Seahog Shortie from 1992 to 1998, the Sea Jeep from 1997 to 2004 and the Sea Trooper from 2002 to 2008. Production is concluded. For acceptance that plays no part, because year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners are no criterion with us.
Between the seasons these boats stand ashore. The cover also applies in winter storage, during craning, during launching and on the transport route. Damage in winter storage already belongs to limited hull cover, as do fire, storm, lightning strike and the theft of the whole boat.
In full hull cover we calculate with an agreed value and compensate with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff without an age limit. Added to this are collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard. There is no time window and no night clause.

Frequent questions
Is damage in the hall over the winter covered?
Damage in winter storage is contained in limited hull cover. Craning, launching and the transport route belong to the cover as well, so that the time ashore is not left out.
How do I switch from another insurer?
Via our switching service. We cancel the previous contract free of charge and put together the new cover from third-party liability and, as you choose, limited or full hull cover.
