Where the two differ, the German text decides:
1 Cover also extends to your legal liability arising from the use of a special boat trailer that is needed for the insured boat and is not subject to compulsory insurance. The sum insured for this extension of cover is, within the agreed basic sum insured, 2,000,000 euros as a flat sum for personal injury and property damage per insured event and insurance year. 2 There is no cover so far as cover is provided under the motor liability insurance of the towing vehicle.
