Co-insured is 1 the personal legal liability of the skipper (master) in that capacity; the legal liability arising from participation in club regattas. The insurer's maximum indemnity equals the amount of the agreed sum insured per loss event. The total benefit for all insured events of an insurance year is twice that sum insured.
