1 caused by items manufactured or supplied, work performed or other services rendered by you (or by third parties on your behalf or for your account); 2 arising from planning, advisory, construction or assembly management, inspection or expert activities; 3 arising from advice, recommendations or instructions to economically affiliated companies; 4 arising from brokerage business of any kind; 5 arising from the provision of information, translation and the organisation of travel; 6 arising from investment, credit, insurance, real estate, leasing or similar economic transactions, from payment transactions of any kind, from cash management, and from breach of trust or embezzlement; 7 arising from rationalisation and automation; data capture, storage, backup and recovery; exchange, transmission and provision of electronic data; l rationalisation and automation; l data capture, storage, backup and recovery; l exchange, transmission and provision of electronic data; 8 arising from the infringement of personality rights and name rights, industrial property rights and copyright, and of antitrust or competition law; 9 arising from failure to meet deadlines, dates, estimates and cost estimates; 10 arising from breaches of duty connected with activity as a former or current member of a management board, board of directors, supervisory board, advisory board or other comparable management or supervisory bodies; 11 arising from knowingly departing from statutory or official regulations, from instructions or conditions of the client, or from any other knowing breach of duty; 12 arising from the loss of items, including for example money, securities and valuables; 13 arising from losses caused by continuous emissions (for example noise, odours, vibrations).
