A-10.4 Not insured, Watercraft Liability Insurance, Premium

German law applies to the contract. A-10.5 The sum insured is a flat 50,000,000 euros per insured event. This sum insured is also the insurer's maximum indemnity for all insured events of an insurance year. Per person liable to pay compensation, the insurer pays a maximum of 15,000,000 euros.
