In the Premium variant, the following risks are insured in addition to the preceding conditions.
A-15.1 Liability claims of co-insured persons against one another (crew members) By way of derogation from clause A-6.2.4 c. of the AVB Wassersport-Haftpflicht, liability claims of co-insured persons against one another are insured, provided they concern losses arising from the use and possession of the watercraft named in the policy schedule for private purposes. Claims for damage to the insured watercraft, its equipment and its accessories, and property damage below 200.00 euros, remain excluded. Otherwise, cover under this clause exists only if no compensation can be claimed under another insurance relationship.
