A-11.1 Indemnity limits. In addition to A-9, the following indemnity limits apply to the following losses: consequential damage from animal bites or short circuit is insured up to a maximum of 20,000 euros; clearance and disposal costs arising from damage to the batteries are insured up to 10,000 euros; for your own charging stations, cover exists up to 3,000 euros.
A-11.2 Obligations before the occurrence of the insured event. The battery must be properly recharged at regular intervals. This applies in particular to the time in winter storage. German law applies to the contract. The German wording of the conditions alone is binding; this translation is provided for understanding only.
