Where the two differ, the German text decides:
for the enforcement of your claims for damages. Such claims for damages must not, however, also be based on a breach of contract or on an infringement of a right in rem in land, buildings or parts of buildings (rights in rem are rights that have effect against everyone and must be respected by everyone, for example ownership). (This means, for example, that in traffic legal expenses cover we cover claims for damages against the other party arising from an accident with your watersports craft, but not claims arising from defective work by a tradesman, such as from a boat repair. These can be insured under contract legal expenses cover in accordance with 2.2.3.) (The German original has no clause 2.2.2. The numbering jumps from 2.2.1 to 2.2.3.)
