Where the two differ, the German text decides:
To pursue your legal interests arising from obligations under private law and from rights in rem. ("An obligation" exists, for example, between buyer and seller. A dispute about a right in rem may exist, for example, between the owner and the possessor over the return of an item.) This cover does not apply so far as the matter falls within the following areas: damages legal expenses cover. For traffic legal expenses cover the following also applies (V): Cover also exists for contracts by which you wish to acquire watersports craft and boat trailers for your own use, even if they are later not registered in your name.
