Where the two differ, the German text decides:
If you wish to sue us, you may bring the action at the following places: At the registered seat of the insurance company or at the seat of the branch responsible for your contract, or, if you are a natural person, also at the court of your place of residence. (A "natural person" is a human being, as opposed to a "legal person"; that is, for example, a GmbH, an AG or an association.) If you have no place of residence, you may bring the action at the court of your habitual abode.
