5.2 Here you have cover with restrictions, Legal Expenses Insurance, Premium

For the pursuit of your legal interests outside the territorial scope under 5.1 we bear the costs up to a maximum of 200,000 euros. We do so under the following conditions:  your insured event must have occurred there during a stay of no more than 24 months,  cover must not be limited to German courts (see exceptions to clause A 5.1),  you are not pursuing interests in connection with the acquisition or disposal of rights in rem,  you are not pursuing interests in connection with contracts under the law of obligations arising from a commercial, freelance or other self-employed activity. 6 Guarantee of improved benefits (A) If the legal expenses conditions on which this tariff is based in new business are changed exclusively to your advantage and without an additional premium, the new conditions also apply to this contract with immediate effect.
