Where the two differ, the German text decides:
A-2.1.2.2.2 Assessment outside the schedule of limb values. For other parts of the body or sense organs, the degree of permanent impairment is governed by the extent to which normal physical or mental capacity is permanently impaired as a whole. The yardstick is an average person of the same age and sex. The assessment is made exclusively on medical grounds.
