Where the two differ, the German text decides:
If at first our obligation to pay is established only in principle, we pay appropriate advances at your request. Example: it is established that you will receive a permanent impairment benefit from us. The amount of the benefit cannot, however, yet be determined. Before the conclusion of the curative treatment, a permanent impairment benefit can be claimed within one year of the accident only up to the amount of an agreed death benefit sum.
