After the degree of permanent impairment has been assessed, the state of health may change. You and we are entitled to have the degree of permanent impairment reassessed medically each year. You and we have this right for at most up to three years after the accident. If we wish a reassessment, we tell you so together with the declaration on our obligation to pay. If you wish a reassessment, you must tell us so before the time limit expires. If the final assessment results in a higher permanent impairment benefit than we have already paid, interest at 5 per cent a year is payable on the additional amount.
