Where the two differ, the German text decides:
A-2.5.2 Type and amount of the benefit. We reimburse proven necessary medical costs caused by the accident up to 50,000 euros for accidents within Europe, or up to 100,000 euros for accidents outside Europe.
A-2.6 Costs of returning the craft A-2.6.1 Conditions for the benefit. The insured accident made an immediate inpatient stay in hospital of the skipper necessary. A permanent impairment caused by the accident is not required in this case. A further condition is that it is not possible for the skipper to return the insured craft, and no replacement skipper is available.
A-2.6.2 Type and amount of the benefit. We reimburse proven costs of the necessary return of the watercraft named in the policy schedule to its home port up to at most 10,000 euros.
