A-2.7 Costs of cosmetic surgery, Watercraft Accident Insurance, Premium

A-2.7.1 Conditions for the benefit. The insured person has undergone cosmetic surgery in order to remedy an impairment of their outward appearance caused by an accident event for which compensation is payable under this contract. The cosmetic surgery is carried out  by a doctor,  after completion of the medical treatment, and  at the latest within three years of the accident. For accidents suffered by minors, the period is extended until the completion of their 21st year of age. We also reimburse the costs of dental treatment and dentures in the event of accidental loss or partial loss of natural teeth or of teeth already fitted with fixed dentures or partial dentures (for example bridges, implants, crowns, German law applies to the contract.
