Submit an event
One entry per event, no later than 30 days afterwards. We check every entry by hand before it goes into the ranking. Points and refunds follow once it has been checked.

What an entry needs
A photo from the day
Logo and start number must be visible. A link is fine, for example to your post or a cloud folder.
Proof that you took part
A link to the entry list or the results. If there is none, a photo of your entry confirmation.
Your post, if there is one
A link to the Instagram or TikTok post, labelled as an ad, naming @nammert and your start number.
The receipt for the entry fee
Only if you want a refund, and only for a fee you paid yourself. As a link, or as a photo sent to cup@nammert.com.
Files by email: The form only takes text. Send photos and receipts that are not available as a link to cup@nammert.com, with your start number in the subject line.
Your entry
Your entry has arrived.
We will check it and add it to the ranking. If you asked for a refund, we will email you for your bank details. Questions to cup@nammert.com.
